The tool is capable of tuning vehicles from 1999/2000 onwards, many through the OBD socket inside the vehicle.

If you require the ability to tune the very latest BMW and VAG vehicles then it is advisable to purchase the additional EDC17 bench tuning lead at £1,995 inc VAT. This is required as some of the latest vehicles now carry tuning protection inside the ECU - the only way to remap them is by opening the ECU and programming it on the bench.
