DPF Removal & ECU Remapping - No More DPF Problems
Avoid the large costs involved in replacing your DPF by physically removing it and having the ECU software modified to remove the regeneration cycle, sensor monitoring and all other DPF functions.
The DPF hardware can be removed by emptying the contents of the DPF box or fitting a replacement pipe. Once done we can re-program the ECU on the bench to remove the DPF functions.

Now developed and tested are solutions for the newer cars with the new "tricore protected" ECU. For example we can remove the DPF from any 2.0 TDI CR 140 or 170 found in the Audi, VW, Seat and Skoda cars. Also released is a DPF removal solution for Land Rover's new 3.0TDv6 Range Rover and the Evoque.
