At More-BHP we can remap the Volvo range of vehicles including the 2.4 D5 and Petrol Turbo 2.0T 2.3T 2.5T T4 T5 engines found in the S60 S80 V70 XC70 and XC90 to increase power by as much as 50BHP.

Torque is increased throughout the rev range making a maximum increase of between 80 and 100NM. We make all our Volvo tunings to complement the car and it's owner - power and torque are delivered smoothly and progressively so making the car better to drive as well.

Use the increased torque wisely and you will also benefit from improved fuel economy.

The large Volvo models like the XC90 have become a firm favourite as a towing machine for caravans and trailers. Remapping the ECU (onboard computer) allows the engine to pull much better due to the extra torque released. Acceleration and hill-climbing, whilst towing, becomes much easier.

For most Volvo models we need to remove the ECU (onboard computer) to access and re-program the eprom inside. By connecting directly to the ecu we can safely back-up your original software and then load the upgrade.

The process of ECU removal and re-programming usually takes 1-3 hours.
