At MoreBHP HQ in Crewe we develop and test our remaps on a state of the art 1200bhp 4WD rolling road.

By adding a rolling road session to your Stage 1, Stage 2 or ECO remap you can see what power / torque your car makes both before and after the upgrade.

Using live diagnostics this allows us to custom tune the remap to your vehicle.

If booking at More BHP HQ in Crewe then this option is highly recommended.

Audi TT TSI 230 Quattro S-Tronic having a Stage 1 MoreBHP Engine and Gearbox Remap on the Rolling Road.

Another great performer, especially when remapped, is Audi TT Quattro 2.0TSI 230 EA888 engine with the IS20 turbo on the MQB platform.

We have been tuning these as soon as tools allowed and so have built up years of experience revolving around tuning them properly.

We've devoted countless hours on our 4wd rolling road to perfect tuning of the EA888 2.0TSI in our own MK7.5 Golf R, which with just a VW Racingline intake and octane booster makes 401bhp.

Our knowledge based around the ECU of the EA888 engine has allowed us to tap into the fierce markets of China and Taiwan, where they demand the very best remapping to make the fastest cars, their benchmark is the 100-200km/h test and we always hit the mark. It's a huge reason why we get so many UK customers too as they realise we hunt for max acceleration not just numbers.

Our skills are such that we can also custom tune the Audi TT to Stage 2 and 3 with hybrid turbo conversions, uprated intercoolers, exhausts and WMI. Another cost effective solution for tuning is to fit the IS38 turbo from the S3, Cupra or Golf R and have a custom remap to suit.

To make the most from any of the engine tuning stages we also offer the S-Tronic (DSG) remap.
